Here's how it works


Many of my clients already have a good idea about the tasks they’re going to need my support on each month, so they find it most beneficial to book a set amount of time up front. There are two packages to choose from.     

This enables them to more easily plan workloads and brief me in on a rolling basis, without having to worry about dropping any balls. The more hours you commit to, the more affordable the hourly rate.

No hidden costs 

Customer satisfaction is my top priority, so if it’s looking like what you’ve asked me to work on for the month is going to end up taking a little longer than anticipated, I’ll always let you know as far in advance as I can. Your extra hours will be added to the following month’s invoice.  


Likewise, if I end up with time left over, any unused hours up to a maximum of 15% of the month’s purchase can be rolled over to the next calendar month, for up to three months.   

This clever ‘flex system’ enables you to access the right level of admin support at busier and quieter times alike, without having to worry about finding additional last-minute budget or paying over the odds.   

Pay as you go 

For those of you who only need support on an ad-hoc or one-off basis, my pay as you go (PAYG) offering is an excellent option.   

Rather than booking blocks of hours in advance, you simply get charged for the time it’s taken me to complete the work, right down to the minute.   

I’ll give you an idea of anticipated costings before we kick things off, so you have a ballpark figure from the get-go, and will keep you in the loop if it looks like anything’s going to change.
